THREE Cagayan de Oro City residents have been arrested in Bukidnon during a buy-bust operation last Thursday.
Police Col Jun Mark Lagare, Bukidnon Police Provincial Director, identified the suspects as John Laurance Eduria alias ‘Dongkoy,’ 36, single, unemployed, and a resident of sitio Tin-aw, Barangay Agusan; John Ford Dades alias ‘John2x,’ 35, single, unemployed, a resident of Trinitas Subdivision, Barangay Bugo; and Noel Dabalos alias ‘Nono,’ 34, single, jeepney driver, and a resident of Zone 4, Barangay Iponan, all of the said city.
They were arrested by operatives assigned at Valencia City Police Station led by Police Lt. Jonel Antique, together with Bukidnon Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, Bukidnon Provincial Intelligence Unit, Regional Special Operation Unit-10, and other operating units at Purok 4, Sta. Cruz, Diversion Road, Poblacion, Valencia City at 7:34 am.
Confiscated from them were three sachets containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with an estimated street value of P25,840, P5,000 bill, P4,000 boodle money, a mobile phone, and Mitsubishi Strada Pick-up color silver with plate number YDU-451.
The suspects, together with seized drug and non-drug evidence were brought to Valencia City Police Station for proper disposition.
The drug evidence will be turned over to Philippine National Police Provincial Forensic Unit, Malaybalay City, for laboratory examination.
