By NITZ ARANCON Correspondent MISAMIS Oriental Gov. Yevgeny Vincente Emano yesterday hinted that he plans on seeking reelection in the next elections. Emano gave the hint as he explained why the capitol built a new administrative building at the Misamis Oriental Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center despite his earlier announcements about his plan to move the facility to  Initao town. “Basin maabtan pa sa akong ika tulong   termino as governor ayha pa tingali  ma-transfer kini nga jail facility sa Initao. So dugay pa kini ma-transfer. Mao nga nagbuhat na lang tag gamay nga admin building dinhi nga ilang magamit mintras naghulat pa kita nga mabalhin kini sa Initao,” Emano said. The capitol is planning on constructing a new provincial prison in a five-hectare property in Initao. Emano, the head of the Padayon Pilipino in the province, is serving his second term as governor. The law allows him to seek a third and final office term. Meanwhile, Emano gave inmates at the capitolun prison facility seed money for their chicharon business. Emano handed over the P25-thousand livelihood assistance to the group yesterday morning during the blessing of the new administration building. The aid would benefit some 700 inmates who started a chicaron-production business in the prison facility. Ranking officials graced the opening of the new administration building. Those who came included Regional Trial Court Executive Judge Dennis Alcantar, provincial prosecutor Chuchi Alvarez-Azis and provincial police director Senior Supt. Manuel Sukarno Alvarez, Misamis Oriental provincial board members Gerardo Sabal and Leonard Winstanley.
