AUTHORITIES arrested a 34-year-old laborer in connection with a murder charge that occurred in Negros Occidental at 10:30 pm, yesterday.
Provincial Police Director Jun Mark Lagare identified the suspect as Rocky Enorsoa, a resident of Purok 5, Barangay Imbayao, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon.
The suspect was tagged by the police as the 5th most wanted person in the municipality of Toboso Negros Occidental.
He was nabbed by a joint team from Malaybalay City Police Station led by Police Capt. Christian Serdeña, together with 1004th MC Regional Mobile Force Battalion 10 and personnel from Toboso Municipal Police Station of Negros Occidental Purok-5, Barangay 1, Malaybalay City of the said province.
Judge Arville Delgado of the Regional Trial Court, 6th Judicial Region, Branch 57, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental issued the warrant of arrest dated July 8, 2021.
The judge did not allow the suspect to post bail.
