FACING a murder case, a 36-year-old person was arrested by the police yesterday at 11:30 am.
Police Capt. Anwar Pendatun, Cabanglasan municipal police station commander, identified the suspect as Deval Dum-ogan, a.k.a. Alai/Kans, married, and a resident of Purok 13 Barangay Iba, Cabanglasan, Bukidnon.
The said suspect who is also the number 1 most wanted person at the municipality level, was arrested by members of the said police station while at Purok 10, Barangay Poblacion in Maramag of the said province by virtue of a warrant of arrest.
The court disallowed the suspect to put up a bail bond for his temporary liberty.
The suspect is under custody at Cabanglasan Police for documentation and proper disposition.
