CAGAYAN de Oro City Councilor George Goking on Friday, October 8, 2021, has filed his Certificate of Candidacy (COC), formally marking his bid for reelection in the 2022 elections.
Goking said through revenues investments, employment and consumers’ protection are having in his mind, should he be reelected councilor in the city's 1st District.
“More jobs breaks, a stable consumer protection are among the keys to fully reviving the economy,” Goking said.
For his third and last term, Goking said that he will also continue helping to have a stable healthcare system in the city in the fight against Coronavirus disease or Covid-19.
Goking was accompanied by his colleague in the city council Councilor Ian Mark Nacaya, during the filing at the city's Commission on Elections – CDO (Comelec) office.
Nacaya also submitted his COC and they will be both running under National Unity Party. (Ben Balce)
