Why we fact-check this: There have been no investigations or cases filed against the late husband of incumbent Vice President and 2022 Presidential candidate Ma. Leonor ‘Leni’ Robredo, Jesse Robredo. Further checking of the video’s contents shows that there is no PPP News which is supposedly the news outlet reporting this video as news.
