GENERAL Santos City–– The city government has allocated around P1.3 million for the implementation this year of its flagship scholarship for “poor but deserving” college students. Mayor Ronnel Rivera said the funds will be utilized for the scholarship grants of 36 college students from various parts of the city who have qualified for the program.
