AUTHORITIES arrested a 20-year-old person for a statutory rape charge in Iligan City Monday.
Police Capt. Glenn Niere, Iligan City Police Station 4 deputy commander, identified the suspect as Fesydel Cutad, a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Tambacan of the said city.
The arresting team nabbed the suspect while at Plaridel port in Misamis Occidental at about 4:38 pm.
Cutad, who was the 10th most wanted person at the city level, was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Mylene Amerol-Macumbal of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 2, Iligan City,
The judge did not allow the suspect to post bail for the latter’s supposed temporary liberty.
The suspect was brought to the said police station for documentation and proper disposition.
