FOR the child abuse charge, a 45-year-old person was arrested by authorities yesterday afternoon.
Police Col. Raniel Valones, Misamis Oriental Provincial Police Director, identified the suspect as Gloryvic Dagno, a resident of Purok 4, Barangay San Antonio, Jasaan of the said province.
Dagno, according to police, was the number 10 most wanted person at the municipal level.
He was arrested by personnel assigned at Jasaan Municipal Police Station led by Police Major Marstar Lorenzo at 4 pm.
The raiding team was armed with a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jose Escobido, of the Regional Trial Court 10-Branch 37, Cagayan de Oro City dated July 3, 2012.
Escobido allowed the suspect to post a bail amounting to P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The suspect is now under the custody of Jasaan police for booking and documentation.
