POLICE confiscated a total of P204, 000 worth of suspected shabu from a 40-year-old person during a search warrant serving operation yesterday morning.
Police Col. Gonzalo Villamor, Jr., Misamis Oriental Police provincial director, identified the suspect as Sunny Calit, a resident of Zone 4, Barangay Taboc, Opol town.
The operation was conducted by Opol Municipal Police Station led by Police Major Michael Salvador by virtue of a search warrant issued by Judge Vincent Rosales of the Regional Trial Court-10, Branch 23, Cagayan de Oro City.
The raiding team was able to seize three big heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 30 grams, and a pair of scissors.
The suspect is now under the custody of Opol Municipal Police Station for case filing.
