AUTHORITIES served a 50-year-old inmate of Misamis Oriental Provincial Jail a warrant of arrest for three cases filed against him.
Bukidnon Police Provincial Director, P/Col. Gonzalo Villamor Jr, identified the suspect as Ruben Lindahay ‘Masi/Joe,’ single, and a resident of Sitio Lantad, Barangay Kibanban in Balingasag.
Lindahay, who is tagged by authorities as the 8th most wanted person at the municipal level, is currently languishing at the said facility located at Luna-Corrales Streets in Cagayan de Oro City when the warrant of arrest was served.
The suspect faces strings of cases such as murder, kidnapping, and serious illegal detention.
Judge Mirabeaus Undalok of the Regional Trial Court-10, Branch 43 in Gingoog City, slapped the suspect with a P120,000 bail bond for the case of murder and no bail set for two other cases.
The tracker team of the Balingasag Municipal Police Provincial Office served the warrant of arrest to the inmate.
