MISAMIS Oriental has registered its first Covid-19 case.
In a statement, Libertad town's inter-agency task force revealed that the patient tested positive yesterday.
The statement was unsigned but posted on the Facebook page of the town's disaster risk reduction management council tonight.
The Libertad task torce stated that the patient, who has been coughing and has sore throat, would be sent to the Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) in Cagayan de Oro. (Herbie Gomez)
