A Bukidnon farmer has been disallowed by a judge to post bail for his two counts murder case.
The suspect, Hardy Ochegue, aka Teting Ochegue, 24, single, a farmer and a resident of Zone 1, Barangay Mandaing, Cabanglasan of the said province must stay for a long period inside the jail while waiting for a final judgment after Judge Isobel Barroso of the Regional Trial Court 10th Judicial Region of Branch 8, Malaybalay did not allow him to post a bail bond.
Police Provincial Director Jun Mark Lagare said Ochegue was arrested at his residence at around 7:30 am last Saturday by elements of Cabanglasan municipal police station led by Police Capt. Joseph Galupo together with 1st Bukidnon Mobile Force Company and 1003rd MC, Regional Mobile Force Company-10 in a joint police operation.
