THREE brothers are now in jail after they were caught by authorities while having a shabu session in a house located at one of the subdivisions in Cagayan de Oro City, yesterday evening.
Agent Jimboy Valderosa, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Regional Special Enforcement Team spokesperson, identified the suspects as Ramil Agbu, and his brothers-Roy and Roger.
Valderosa said the main target of their operation was Ramil who earlier handed their asset a sachet of shabu worth P500.
The arrest was done in a house tagged by PDEA as a drug den located at Gemini Street, Villa Ernesto-Phase I Subdivision, Barangay Gusa, this city.
Valderosa told reporters that when they opened the door of the said house they caught the three taking drugs.
Seized from the possession of Ramil were 16 sachets containing suspected shabu with an estimated total value of P81,720.
Valderosa said they monitored their target for two months before the raid was implemented.
He said they will file a case against Ramil for drug pushing and maintaining a drug den.
While his two siblings will also face a drug use case and visiting a drug den.
The same agent said that are still conducting further investigations as to who their drug suppliers are.
The suspects are now under the custody of the PDEA-10 mini-cell awaiting the filing of appropriate cases.
