A POLITICAL detainee who is currently being locked inside Misamis Oriental Provincial Jail has once again received a warrant of arrest for various criminal cases.
Police Major Ramel Amatiaga, Binoangan Police Station Commander, identified the suspect as Ofelia Lutawan aka ‘Liting Lutawan,’ ‘Roberto Romania Lutawan,’ 32, single, and a native of Barangay Alagatan, Gingoog City.
The suspect, according to the police was allegedly involved in attacking the Binuangan Municipal Police Station on December 3, 2017.
In relation to the said incident, Lutawan, who was also tagged by authorities as the third most wanted person at the municipal level, is facing multiple attempted murders, arson, and damage to property.
Last Friday, at 10 am, warrant servers handed to him three warrants of arrest while he was inside the said jail facility.
