POLICE operatives nabbed the number 1 most wanted person in one of the municipalities in Bukidnon for rape Wednesday morning.
Police Col. Jun Mark Lagare, Bukidnon Provincial Director, identified the suspect as Josel Lato, 26, single, private employee, and a resident of Sitio Busco, Barangay Butong, Quezon of the said province.
Personnel from Quezon Municipal Police station arrested Lato at Purok 17, Oadi, Barangay San Jose of the said municipality at about 11:00 am.
Judge Eldred Cole of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 45, Malaybalay City dated May 10, 2022, who issued the warrant of arrest, recommended the suspect no bail bond.
