A 50-year-old businessman in Bukidnon was arrested by the police for a rape charge.
Police Col. Jun Mark Lagare, Bukidnon Provincial Police Director, identified the suspect as Gregorio Milana, Jr., married, and a resident of Zone 3, Lower Miranda, Barangay Damilag, Manolo Fortich of the said province.
Miranda was tagged by authorities as the third most wanted person at the municipal level.
He was arrested by personnel assigned at Manolo Fortich Municipal Police Station, and Bukidnon Provincial Intelligence Unit at Poblacion, Barangay Tankulan at 6:00 pm Monday.
Judge Jeanne Marie Abarrientos of the Regional Trial Court 10th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Manolo Fortich Bukidnon, did not allow the suspect to put up a bail bond.
Milana is now under the custody of Manolo Fortich police for proper disposition.
