A 27-year-old farmer was arrested by the police in relation to a robbery case filed against him yesterday at 2 am.
Police Col. Jun Mark Lagare, Bukidnon Provincial Police Director, identified the suspect as Jomar Diaray aka ‘JunJun’/’Bulldog,’ married, and a resident of Purok-5, Barangay Intavas, Impasug-ong of the said province.
Diaray, who was tagged by authorities as the number 8 most wanted person at the Malaybalay city level, was arrested by personnel assigned at Malaybalay City Police Station led by Police Captain Christian Serdena together with 1004th Regional Mobile Force Batallion-10 and Impasug-ong police at Purok-1 of the said barangay.
A warrant of arrest issued by Judge Isobel Barroso of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 8, Malaybalay City was presented to the suspect where the P60,000 as bail bond for his temporary liberty is shown.
The suspect is now under the custody of Malaybalay police and will be turned over to the issuing court for proper disposition.
