THE RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD) has fulfilled its nationwide survey for all congressional district representatives for their overall performances.

House deputy speaker and Cagayan de Oro Rep. Rufus Rodriguez ranked 2nd among 300 Representatives in a public satisfaction survey on February 22-28, 2022.

Rodriguez earned 91 percent job performance rating from respondents in the entire Philippines.

The other Mindanaonon lawmaker Rep. Paolo Duterte from Davao City is in the Top 9 at 81 percent.

“I am honored to be ranked 2nd among all Representatives in the country in a performance survey conducted by the RP-Mission,” said Rodriguez.

“I humbly dedicate this recognition to my beloved constituents in Cagayan de Oro City,” he added.

The survey also shows that House Speaker and Marinduque Rep. Lord Velasco ranked 3rd with a 90 percent performance rating.

The complete list of top 10 representatives are Pablo John Garcia (Region 7) – 92%; Rufus Rodriguez (Region 10) – 91%; Lord Allan Velasco (Region 4-B) – 90%; Kristine Singson-Meehan (Region 1) – 89%; Camille Villar (NCR) – 88%.

Others are Loren Legarda (Region 6) – 86%; Edcel Lagman (Region 5) – 85%; Michael John Duavit (Region 4-A) – 83%; Paolo Duterte (Region 11) – 81% and Henry Villarica (Region 3) – 80%.

The “House of Representatives Public Satisfaction Survey” conducted by RP- Mission and Development Foundation Inc. is an independent, non-commissioned nationwide survey performed per district in every region with a total of 10,000 respondents.

Those who ranked number 1 in their respective regions like DS Rodriguez in Region 10 based on overall performance were ranked nationally based on their rating along with other top performers.

On April 8, 2021, Rodriguez also ranked 1st among the members of the House with the most number of bills filed at 689. He also has perfect attendance in the 14th, 15th, 16th, and 18th Congress. (Ben Balce)
