FOR a frustrated murder case, a security guard in Bukidnon is now languishing in jail after he was arrested by police this morning.
Police Col. Jun Mark Lagare, Provincial Police Director, identified the suspect as John Fritch Oracoy, 27, single, and a resident of Purok 5, Santo Niño, Malaybalay City of the said province.
He was arrested by personnel from Malaybalay City Police Station Tracker team led by Police Capt. Christian Serdena at Purok 4, Barangay Sumpong of the same city at 8:48 am.
The arresting officers were armed with a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Isobel Barroso of the Regional Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 8, Malaybalay City Bukidnon, dated March 2, 2022.
Barroso ordered the suspect to post a bail bond of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The suspect is now temporarily detained at Malaybalay custodial facility.
