A 36-year-old married woman was arrested yesterday in connection with the filed adultery case against her.
Misamis Oriental Police Director Raniel Valones, identified the suspect as Rosalie Icayan, residing at Zone 7, Barangay Plaridel, Claveria of the said province.
Valones said the successful manhunt operation was conducted by a joint team from Claveria Municipal Police headed by Police Major Ralph Santoluma together with 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) under the direct supervision of Police Major Adrian Cayabyab last Monday at 11 am.
Judge Ali Joseph Ryan Lloren of the Regional Trial Court-10, branch 19, Cagayan de Oro City, slapped the suspect with P36,000 as bail bond.
Icayan is currently under the custody of Claveria Municipal Police Station for booking and documentation and will be turned over to the issuing court for proper disposition.
