IN a festive ceremony filled with optimism and unity, the Agusan Valley Eagles Club, a beacon of community service and fellowship under Northern Mindanao Region-1 (NMR-1) inducted its 2024 officers, ushering in a fresh era of leadership under President Eagle Alene Cabaron Valencia.
The club, recognized for its dedication to building strong relationships among its members and for its initiatives that benefit the wider community, celebrated this significant transition with the presence of key figures, including Eagle Eric Daabay, the Governor of Bagwis Dos from Northern Mindanao Region-12.
Daabay, serving as the event's keynote speaker, lauded the club for its accomplishments and expressed his belief that the new leadership would catalyze positive changes across the communities they serve.
Daabay's speech even highlighted the club's mission to enhance the welfare of its members and their commitment to service, which serves as a shining example for similar organizations.
The club's endeavors in community service, personal development, and the promotion of brotherhood were praised as pivotal to the club's success and as inspirational benchmarks for other clubs, Daabay said.
The ceremony was also a moment to reflect on the club's recent accolades, being named one of the Most Outstanding Clubs on a national level by the Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles (TFOE-PE) Inc. and as the Model Club of the year 2023 regionally.
"These honors underscore the club's effective leadership and the impact of its community programs," Daabay shared.
During the installation, the new officers, led by President Eagle Valencia, pledged to raise the Agusan Valley Eagles Club to new heights, setting an example for others with their dedication to service, unity, transparency, and brotherhood.
Eagle Maximo Allorin, PEIL Director, and NMR-1 Governor Eagle Robert Corcino Jr. facilitated the turnover from past President Eagle Jose Reyes to Valencia, symbolizing the continuity and evolution of the club’s leadership.
Representing the club's core values, the four pillars—Brotherhood, Service, Unity, and Divine Power—were personified by Eagles Marchrys Llagas, Michael Yorong, Reginald Kesniel Lee, and Eugene Dulay, reflecting the club's holistic approach to its mission.
President Valencia, in his inaugural address, emphasized the club's aim to lead by example, instilling enthusiasm and motivation within its ranks and beyond.
He stressed the officers' passion for promoting unity and fostering personal growth, with aspirations to inspire other clubs to emulate their spirit and dedication.

During the induction and installation of 2024 leaders, CDO Green Eagles Club president Eagle Jaime Joshua Frias II, who also holds the positions of National Alternate Assemblyman and Barangay Captain, served as the Master of Ceremonies.
