Thus, said City Mayor's Office Chief of Staff Sheila Lumbatan on Monday: the recent partnership between AppleOne and Radisson Hotel Group, solidified at a signing ceremony in Rome, Italy, on June 2, 2024, marks the dawn of a new era for the Northern Mindanao region.
This collaboration according to Lumbatan aims to bring world-class hospitality and premier residences to the region through the upscale development of Radisson Blu Hotel and Residences Cagayan de Oro.
Earlier, Mayor Rolando 'Klarex' Uy's administration, in tandem with key stakeholders, has been instrumental in attracting prestigious brands to the city.
Lumbatan, affirmed that Sheraton Hotel and Landers Superstore are gearing up to establish their presence in Cagayan de Oro, a move that is anticipated to yield manifold benefits for residents and the local economy.

During a recent visit to Manila, Mayor Uy forged connections with a prominent businessman who expressed intentions to spearhead the establishment of a Sheraton hotel in Cagayan de Oro.
