CITY Mayor's Office chief of staff Sheila Lumbatan revealed Monday that Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy, represented by City Administrator Roy Hilario Raagas, commended the efforts of the City Information Office in organizing a two-day seminar-workshop for the designated information officers of every department at City Hall.
The workshop, which was highlighted during Monday's flag-raising program, Lumbatan said aimed to enhance the communication skills and capabilities of the designated information officers.
