ON Wednesday, the chief of staff to the city mayor, Sheila Lumbatan, disclosed that City College-Technical Skills and Technology Institute (TSTI) is considering the opening of a TechVoc Night Class Program in 2024.
The proposed program aims to cater to individuals who are interested in furthering their education and acquiring additional skills and knowledge.
"This initiative is part of the city's efforts to provide accessible educational opportunities for its residents," said Lumbatan.
As part of the preliminary planning process, Lumbatan said a survey has been launched to gather feedback and determine the level of interest in the potential Night Class Program.
The survey seeks to assess the demand for specific technical and vocational courses, as well as the preferred schedule for the classes, according to Lumbatan.
She said through the data collected from this survey, the City College-TSTI will be able to ascertain the feasibility of implementing the program and tailor it to meet the needs of the community.
