By NITZ ARANCON Correspondent CITY hall would be spending some P100 million as it increases the salaries of its over 4,000 workers starting this month, announced Mayor Oscar Moreno on Monday. All city hall employees can expect a 10-percent increase in their monthly salaries by the end of August. For starters, city hall would pay for eight months of salary differentials of its workers. Moreno said all city hall employees would be entitled to the salary adjustments from January to August. That alone would cost the local government some P100 million. The announcement of salary adjustments came after the city council approved the Moreno administration’s P1.033-billion supplemental budget last week. Moreno said he already signed the approved supplemental  budget on Friday.
