CAGAYAN de Oro City government is set to hold an investment forum for potential investors who have been eyeing business expansions in the city on October 5, 2023, at EDSA Shangri-La in Manila.
This came following the government’s efforts to reinforce and boost the city’s economic growth.
The investment forum will tackle different topics relating to the city's preparedness to host multi-industry investments, including “Why Invest in Cagayan de Oro City?,” Metro Cagayan de Oro, the right choice for Business, as well as introduce the city's projects for investment, among others.
Apart from the forum, part of the city's economic development efforts will include the Cagayan de Oro Business Enterprises, Services, and Trade Exposition popularly known as Oro Best Expo organized annually by the Cagayan de Oro Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Inc. to run on October 4-8, 2023 at the same venue.
