LAW enforcers of Cagayan de Oro City Police Office scored anew when they arrested a drug suspect in a buy-bust operation yesterday at 11:20 pm.
Police Capt. Ernesto Sanchez, Agora police station head, identified the suspect as Jabbel Rasul, married, and a resident of Barra, Vamenta subdivision, Opol, Misamis Oriental.
Rasul, who was arrested at Baconga street in Barangay Lapasan, yielded two heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.
Police estimated the confiscated contraband at P20,400.
The inventory of the confiscated items was done in the presence of some barangay officials.
The suspect is temporarily detained at the station’s mini-cell for proper disposition.
