AUTHORITIES arrested a 25-year-old Bukidnon resident in a buy-bust operation at 3:20 pm, yesterday.
Police Col. Reynante Reyes, Bukidnon Police provincial director, identified the suspect as Carlito Dumadag, Jr., Single, unemployed, and a resident of Purok 1, New Visayas, Don Carlos of the said province.
The said entrapment operation was conducted at Purok 5, Poblacion Norte of the said town.
Seized from the suspect by the raiding team from Don Carlos municipal police station, led by Police Major Sabino Labitad, were nine heat-sealed transparent sachets containing suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P39,000.00 and weighing five grams.
Other items confiscated from the suspect’s possession were 12 pieces of heat-sealed sachets containing suspected dried marijuana with an estimated street value of P2,640 and weighing 22 grams; a pack of suspected fresh marijuana; P200 cash, drug paraphernalia, and some personal belongings.
Dumadag was brought to the said police headquarter for documentation and proper disposition. While the confiscated pieces of evidence will be brought to the Provincial Forensic Unit, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon for quantitative and qualitative laboratory examinations.
