ROYAL Knights Eagles Club president Eric Daabay has been appointed recently as the Director for Mindanao in the Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership (PEIL) by Nelson Alonto Sarapudin, the National President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles.
Daabay even received congratulations from the officers and members of the Royal Knights Eagles Club during their 7th General Membership Meeting (GMM) held at Philtown Hotel on July 7, 2023.
Daabay, who previously served as the overall Deputy Secretary General for the organization, assumed his new role on July 5 at the Philtown Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.
PEIL serves as the educational arm of the Philippine Eagles, focusing on providing orientation for new members and conducting various training programs to equip them for different leadership positions within the organization.
As the Director for Mindanao, Daabay will play a significant mandate in leading and overseeing the operations and initiatives of PEIL in the Mindanao region.
In his previous role as the overall Deputy Secretary General, Daabay was responsible for important administrative functions, including membership management and the establishment of new clubs and regions, both in the Philippines and internationally.
This experience has prepared him well for his new position, as he will continue to support the Secretary General in maintaining adherence to Eagles protocols and ensuring the successful execution of "Chartering rituals" within the organization.
As the Director for Mindanao, Daabay's responsibilities will also involve collaborating with other deputies across the country and internationally.
This collaborative effort aims to strengthen the overall leadership development and training programs provided by PEIL, ensuring that members in Mindanao receive the necessary support and guidance to become effective leaders within the organization and in their respective communities.
