A FARMER, who is also the top 9 most wanted person in the province of Bukidnon, was arrested by authorities for sexual abuse and acts of lasciviousness last Tuesday.
Police Col. Jun Mark Lagare, Provincial Director, identified the suspect as Gadjel Tuson, 39, married, and a resident of Purok 6, Sitio Garcia, Barangay San Antonio, West, Don Carlos of the said province.
He was arrested by personnel assigned at Don Carlos Municipal Police Station led by Police Major Jose Regner Sevilleno together with other police units at 2:20 pm.
The raiding team was armed with a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Eldred Cole of the Regional Trial Court 10-Branch 45, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon dated May 16, this year.
The suspect is facing two counts of sexual abuse with a recommended bail bond of P400,000.
Another two counts of acts of lasciviousness with a P24,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.
The arrested person is temporarily detained at the custodial facility of Don Carlos police for proper disposition.
