By NITZ ARANCON Correspondent FIRE struck and destroyed three houses at Zone 2, Tamparong Compound in Barangay Kauswagan, this city, yesterday morning. A 40-year old man identified as Alejandro Pacana suffered burns, and was rushed to the Polymedic Plaza, said Senior Fire Officer 4   Ferdinand Naybe, Kauswagan fire station commander. Naybe placed initial estimates on structural damages at only P100 thousand, noting that that houses were made of highly combustible materials. Naybe said the fire started at the house of one Jenifel  Albano who allegedly left a dirty kitchen unattended. He said the fire quickly spread and destroyed the houses of Jerry Navarro and one Borres. (nitz arancon)
