CAGAYAN de Oro City Mayor Rolando 'Klarex' Uy is dedicated to giving good education to everyone, especially those in faraway barangays.

"He (Uy) knows that education is important for every child, and he wants to make sure that all students have equal chances to succeed," said City Mayor's Office chief of staff Shiela Lumbatan.

Under Mayor Uy's leadership, Lumbatan said they have made big efforts to improve education in these remote areas.

She even said they have partnered with different organizations and businesses, like the Toyota Dealers Association Philippines (TDAP), to help schools in rural communities and make the learning environment better.

TDAP recently worked with Dunggoan Integrated School in Tignapoloan to support education for rural youth. With the help of Toyota Cagayan de Oro Inc., they did many things to improve education in the region.

Because of the support from TDAP and Toyota Cagayan de Oro Inc., students at Dunggoan Integrated School now have better facilities, more learning resources, and a better place to learn, according to Lumbatan.

By helping students now, TDAP and Toyota Cagayan de Oro Inc. are also helping them in the future. They know that education is important for young people and can help them escape poverty in rural areas.

Mayor Uy is thankful to TDAP and Toyota Cagayan de Oro Inc. for their dedication to helping rural youth get a good education, according Lumbatan.

"Their partnership shows how different groups working together can make positive changes and help communities," she said.

At the recent donation ceremony at Dunggoan Integrated School, TDAP gave important school supplies like tables with chairs for students, a set for the teacher, hygiene kits, and food packs.

These things will help students at Dunggoan Integrated School and give them a better future.

Mayor Uy appreciates the partnership between TDAP, the school, and the teachers who do important work with the students.

"TDAP's generosity should inspire other organizations to help rural youth get a good education too," said the mayor.

Mayor Uy's commitment to providing quality education for everyone, especially those in faraway barangays, shows his dedication to giving equal chances and a better future for all, said Lumbatan.

"With support from partners like TDAP and by working together, Mayor Uy's goal of accessible and good education for everyone is becoming true," she said.
