CAGAYAN de Oro City Mayor's Office Chief of Staff Shiela Lumbatan announced earlier today the release of the official jingle for the upcoming Higala-ay Festival, titled "LOVE CDO." 

"The jingle aims to promote love, unity, and happiness among the residents of Cagayan de Oro City and visitors alike," said Lumbatan. 

Produced by the City Mayor's Office, Lumbatan said the jingle is set to become a soundtrack of celebration and community spirit during the festival.

The creative team behind the jingle's production includes cinematographer Jerome Liñan-Lopez Jungco, who captured stunning aerial shots of the city using a drone. 

Editor Jerome Liñan-Lopez Jungco flawlessly pieced together the visuals, creating a captivating audiovisual experience. 

Isabelle Czarina S. Soriano contributed her creative expertise to the project, ensuring that the jingle reflects the vibrant and diverse spirit of Cagayan de Oro City.

The musical arrangement of "LOVE CDO" was skillfully crafted by Lexter Taganas and Marco Abonitalla. 

The composition and lyrics were penned by Dennis "David Bang" Ba-ang, who sought to evoke a sense of joy, pride, and love for the city. 

Niq Ramsis lends her powerful vocals to bring the jingle to life, captivating listeners with her heartfelt rendition.

The recording and mastering of "LOVE CDO" were expertly handled by Bam Roa, ensuring the highest quality sound production. 

JB Ucat Labeta and Josh Martin choreographed the jingle, adding dynamic dance moves that perfectly complement the uplifting melody. 

The production team, led by Harry Nobit, Darwin Basilan, and Jhoanne Abejo, worked tirelessly to bring together all the elements and create a memorable jingle.

As a special treat, the Lastknights Dance Crew will deliver a special performance during the Higala-ay Festival, showcasing their exceptional talent and energy. 

"The official jingle, "LOVE CDO," is expected to become a symbol of unity and pride for the people of Cagayan de Oro City," said Lumbatan adding that fostering a sense of community and celebration during the festival and beyond.
