By NITZ ARANCON Correspondent  COUNCILORS Leon Gan, Nadya Elipe and Lordan Suan yesterday manifested their intention to withdrew their support for a city council ordinance that authorized Mayor Oscar Moreno to buy a Lumbia property for the relocation of hundreds of Typhoon Sendong survivors. The city council gave Moreno the green light last week even as it set aside funds for the land purchase deal. The city council however voted, 8-5, against the inclusion of the matter raised by Gan in its agenda yesterday. Gan wanted to move for the repeal of the ordinance. Gan said he, Elipe and Suan voted for the measure last week after they were assured by the city council majority that all documents were already in order. He said they feared that the land value was bloated. Those who voted against Gan’s motion to include the matter in the agenda were councilors Ian Mark Nacaya, Reuben Daba, George Goking, Romeo Caliso, Ma. Lourdes Gaane, Jay Pascual, Zaldy Ocon and Edna Dahino. Councilors Teodulfo Lao, Enrico Salcedo, Dometilo Acenas, Gan, Elipe and Suan voted for the inclusion. Two councilors abstained from voting. They are Councilors Suzette Daba and Annie Daba.
