THE Padayon Pilipino camp of House Representative Lordan Suan and former Mayor Oscar Moreno continues to engage with grassroots communities as part of their sectoral approach for their campaign.
On April 2, Suan accepted an invitation from women in Lower Lumbia to discuss his initiatives. During the forum, he pledged to continue his healthcare services, emphasizing that such programs are funded by taxpayers and deserved by all constituents.
“Dili na nako kwarta. Kwarta na natong tanan,” Suan said.
He reiterated his commitment to expanding healthcare services, citing encounters with constituents who hesitate to seek medical help due to financial concerns.
“Kanang mo bisita ko’g haya, muingon dayon sila sa ako nga naa na diay toy gibati. Maulaw lang ug ingon kay dako ang bayrunon sa doktor,” he shared, stressing the importance of accessible medical assistance.

Suan encouraged residents with health concerns to seek help and assured them that they could access support through the Tingog Center in Carmen.
Meanwhile, Moreno held his “Pag-ila Serye” in Macabalan, engaging with labor sector representatives.
“This time, it is you who are the stars, kami ang maminaw sa inyong mga plano. And we will sort it out together,” Moreno said during the sectoral forum.
Addressing port laborers, many of whom reside in Macabalan, Moreno committed to a relocation project for informal settlers in the area.
He also urged workers to enhance their skills through Tesda’s development programs, highlighting better employment opportunities locally and abroad for program graduates.
Additionally, Moreno pledged that if elected, he would work to include trisikad drivers in Macabalan and across the city in a sustainable insurance coverage program.
