Nope, this isn’t a government office. A flag hangs outside the Molawan residence at District 1, Barangay Consolacion, this city, as the country celebrated the 118th Independence Day yesterday. One of the Molawan children served during the “Sulu wars” in the ’90s. After his tour of duty, he came home with post-traumatic stress disorder.
