ILIGAN City ― IN a survey conducted this early on air in the mayoral front, incumbent mayor Frederick W. Siao came out as the runaway winner.

The survey conducted by a local radio station here who claims to have a “balanced” way of reporting as everybody is entertained.

The hour and a half survey offered the names of incumbent mayor Siao. Brig. Gen. Rolando Anduyan of the Philippine National Police, retired Police Colonel of the Philippine National Police, and retired police col. Leony Roy Ga who served as the City Administrator under the previous city mayor Celso G. Regencia and Jemar Vera Cruz, a former priest who became Vice Mayor for 2 terms of CGR.

To note the 3 names are allied with then mayor CGR who is now serving as the Congressman of the lone district of the city. Callers, texters, and those who posted their comments on social media mostly on Facebook voiced their preferences. Siao got 37, Anduyan, 14. Ga 12 and Vera Cruz, 1.
