AUTHORITIES arrested Malaybalay City’s 10th most wanted person for illegal possession of drugs on May 21 at 4:30 am.
Acting Provincial Police Director of the province Police Col. Restituto Lacano, Jr., identified the suspect as Jabar Pazaulan, 47, married, unemployed, and residing at Purok 2, Barangay 9 of the said city.
The suspect, who is considered a High-Value Individual, by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-10 and the police, was arrested at his residence by the composite team of the Bukidnon Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, operatives from the Malaybalay police station, and the Special Tracker Team.

Authorities placed the estimated standard drug price of the confiscated drugs to P68,000 and weighing 10 grams.
Confiscated from the suspect’s possession were two big heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets, a medium-sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet, and another heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet in rectangular shape all containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.
Authorities also found 16 live ammunition of caliber 45; two pieces cartridge cases of the same caliber, several illegal drug paraphernalia, and some personal belongings.
The suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the Malaybalay police station for documentation.
The seized items were brought to Bukidnon Forensic Unit for qualitative and quantitative examination.
