A FARM laborer in Bukidnon was arrested by authorities for a frustrated murder case last Sunday.
Jun Mark Lagare, the province's Provincial Director, identified the suspect as Manuel Katigbak, 52, single, and a resident of Purok 3, Palacapao, Quezon of the said province.
He was arrested at 10:30 am by a joint team from Quezon municipal police station and Bukidnon 2nd Police Mobile Force Company at Purok 4, Palacapao of the said municipality.
Judge Ma. Theresa Aban-Camannong of the Regional Trial Court 10, Branch 9, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon issued the warrant of arrest on March 21, this year.
In the police report, it was not revealed whether the suspect, who is now under the custody of the Quezon police, was allowed to post a bail bond or not.
