A farmer from Bukidnon was arrested by the police in connection with acts of lasciviousness.
Police Col. Jun Mark Lagare, Provincial Director of the said province, identified the suspect as Marcelo Batawe, 38, a resident at Zone 10, Barangay Balaoro, Kadingilan of the same province.
Judge Wilfredo Bibera, Jr., Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court-Branch 46, recommended the suspect P36,000 as bail bond for the latter’s temporary freedom.
Batawe was arrested by members of Kadingilan Municipal Police Station led by Police Major Dino Cuevas lat Saturdat at 3:35 pm.
He is now temporarily detained at Kadingilan police mini-cell.
Lasciviousness is the act of making a physical contact with the body of another person for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification.
