A 34-year-old businessman was arrested by policemen for theft, Wednesday, this week.
Police Col. Jun Mark Lagare, Bukidnon Provincial Police Director, identified the suspect as Apolinario Ramonida alias ‘Arjay,’ a resident of Kilometer Base Camp, Maramag of the said province.
Lagare said Ramonida was arrested by the raiding team assigned at the Regional Special Operation Unit-10 led by Police Capt. Jerick Jay Tingson, and Maramag Municipal Police Station at his residence at 9 am.
Judge Wilfredo Bibera, Jr, of the Regional Trial Court 10-Branch 46, Malaybalay City who issued the warrant of arrest, recommended the suspect P40,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty.
The suspect is now temporarily detained at the Maramag police headquarters mini-cell for proper disposition.
