FOR committing offenses of grave oral defamation and grave coercion, a 44-year-old woman is now languishing in jail and must put up a large amount of money as a bail bond for her temporary liberty.
Police Provincial Director Raniel Valones, identified the suspect as Stela Santa, a resident of Zone 2, Barangay Buko, Kinoguitan, Misamis Oriental.
She was arrested by personnel assigned at Kinoguitan Municipal Police Station led by Police Major Michael Mercado, Officer-in-Charge during a manhunt operation on Monday at 2:20 pm at Zone 1, Barangay Bolisong, Kinoguitan, Misamis Oriental.
Judge Sora Dereka Orcullo-Alinas of Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Kinoguitan-Sugbongcogon who issued the warrant of arrest of the said province recommended Santa P54,000 for the two cases.
The suspect is now detained at Kinoguitan municipal police station mini-cell.
