MISAMIS ORIENTAL– Abante Mindanao PartyList Representative Maxie B. Rodriguez, Jr. turned over an expansion of a covered court project at Alubijid town here in the provice last July 3, 2015.
Mayor Alvin Labis expressed his thanks to Abante Mindanao PartyList Representative Maxie B. Rodriguez, Jr. for giving them the opportunity to avail of this infrastructure project.
He said the project costing P714 thousand pesos project is a big boost to the town as it now covers most of the town plaza adding that town folks can now used the covered court fully with out being interrupted by the heat of the sun or the rains.
Mayor Labis claimed this is not the first time that Abante Mindanao Rep. Maxie B. Rodriguez, Jr. poured a project in this town. He recalled that Rep Rodriguez has also given this town P1 million peso for a road concreting project which was implemented at Barangay Calatcat, a P300 thousand peso for the expansion of Barangay Hall in Barangay Talaba and also recognizing his sholarship program where some Alubijidnon have availed.
Labis said he never thought Abante Mindanao PartyList would gave significant contribution for the development of this town inspite the coverage of its area.
Vice Mayor Emmanuel Jamis also expressed gratitude to Abante Mindanao PartyList as the projects implemented in this town were all completed.
The formal turned over ceremony was personally attended by town Mayor Alvin Labis and Vice Mayor Emmanuel Jamis and witnessed by town folks.
