He encouraged other farmers who want to avail of the program to write a letter of intent to the provincial governor.

Board Member Baynosa said that the animal dispersal program of the province was only a part of the entire comprehensive program of the SerbisyongTotoo.

He said it was designed to address the basic needs of the communities in enhancing livelihood capabilities to sustain and enhance poverty alleviation.

Baynosa said the animal program is continuing and advocacy of the SerbisyongTotoo of the province of North Cotabato by distributing large animals, including hogs and goats, aimed at saturating the whole province.
