AUTHORITIES are now looking for a man accused of raping a 15-year old high school student on two occasions last year.
The man, identified as Sanny A. Villaganas Sr. of Zone 7, Bonbon and Apovel in Bulua, has been charged with two counts of rape and seven counts of sexual abuse in court. He is at large at presstime.
A warrant of arrest, with no recommendation of bail, was issued on June 24, 2016 by Judge Richard Mordeno of the Regional Trial Court Branch 22 against Villaganas.
According to the victim’s family, the girl who was just 13 years old at the time, was raped in January 2015 and September 2015.
The court ordered the National Bureau of Investigation, Bureau of Immigration and Deportation and Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit to execute the warrant, and make a monthly report to the court as to the status of the warrant.
