BURLGARS have managed to cart away P233,000 worth of electronic gadgets after ransacking a house in South View Subdivision in Barangay Macasandig, this city before dawn last Friday.
Maj. Ericson Sabanal identified the owner of the house as Ulysses Apdian, 60.
Sabanal said the still unidentified burglars destroyed the window grills at the back of Apdian’s house to gain access to the dwelling.
He added that the burglars were able to steal an Apple iPad worth P15,000, P20,000-Apple iPad Mini-3, a Samsung Galaxy Tab worth P20,000, a P20,000-Onego Pro Hero 7 camera, a 32” TCL flat television set worth P25,000, a P13,000-Acer laptop Air, a P35,000 Macbook Air, an Apple iPhone 6 valued at P60,000, an Apple iPad Air worth P15,000, among other appliances.
Sabanal said they are still facing a blank wall as to the identities of the burglar.
However, he added that they have launched a follow-up operation with a lead to identify the burglars so they will be brought to the bars of justice.
