CAGAYAN de Oro City will be joining the rest of the country today in commemorating the 156th birth anniversary of Gat Andres Bonifacio, touted as the father of the Philippine Revolution.

Under Memorandum No. 1549-19, city hall officials and employees will have raising of the Philippine flag and laying of wreath at the Bonifacio Park in Divisoria at around 6:30 am.

Vice Mayor Raineir Joaquin Uy enjoins the resident to participate in remembering the national hero who has contributed in booting out the Spanish colonizers. (sp)
