CAGAYAN de Oro residents who happened to be in DV Soria were treated to a morning concert by members of the Army’s 4th Infantry Division and the PNP’s Cagayan de City Police Office at the Kiosko Kagawasan this morning.
Dubbed: “Joint AFP and PNP Peace Concert,” the activity was in line with the commemoration of the Human Rights Consciousness Week nationwide, Pmaj. Evan Viñas, Chief City Community Affairs Development Unit and Public Information Officer of Cocpo said.
“We will also be conducting a symposium and educational drive as well,” he added.
Also joining the affair were civic groups Oro Taskforce Quatro CDO Inc., Citizens Crime Watch- DILG CDO, and Guardians Philippines Tablon Chapter.
