ILIGAN City intelligence operatives arrested a 27-year-old house painter for the crime of robbery, last Thursday.

Police Col. Dominador Estrada, Iligan City Police Office director, identified the suspect as Lloyd Gumisad, single, and residing at Purok 1, Nonucan, Barangay Maria Cristina of the said city.

The suspect, who is the 9th most wanted person at the station level, was nabbed by Iligan City Police Station 2 led by Police Chief Master Sgt. Franco Villaruz at his residence at 5:11 pm.

Judge Leonor Sumugat-Quiñones of the Regional Trial Court-10, Branch 2, Iligan City allowed the suspect to post a bail bond of P100,000 for his temporary freedom.

Gumisad is currently under the custody of Iligan police.
